The online exhibitor service manual offers you instant access to forms and other pertinent information to assist you during the planning stages of WEFTEC.
        
Materials in this manual are organized by the following subject areas:

• Deadline Checklist – Stay on track! Refer to the listing of deadline dates for ordering services, registering your booth personnel, getting your materials to the show, etc.

• General Information – provides general information such as show hours, move-in and move-out schedule, on-site exhibitor service and show management locations, insurance, show colors, WEFTEC logo, floor plan, parking and transportation etc.

• Rules & Regulations – offers detailed information on display guidelines, height restrictions, hanging signs, union jurisdictions, building policies, vehicle displays, etc. 

• Freeman Services – complete ordering services for booth furnishings, carpeting, graphics, material handling, labor, rigging, etc. 

• Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC) – provides pertinent information and paperwork required for hiring contractors other than the Official WEFTEC Contractors.  All requests/forms are completed through our online submission. Available Soon. 

• Shipping & Material Handling – provides you with details regarding targeted freight delivery and move-in, advance and direct shipments, privately-owned vehicle (POV), shipping carriers, international shipping, etc.

• Installation & Dismantling – includes details regarding union jurisdictions, targeted freight floor plan, and the schedule for booth installation and dismantle.

• Utilities – provides information and order forms for electrical, plumbing/air, telephone and internet services.
